      Do you like to work in an environment where you are treated poorly, enjoy receiving demeaning emails, and made to feel like you have no self-worth? Working as an admin in the Detroit office is the position for you. Everything you say, do, or write will be subject to scrutiny and you will not have a chance to explain either verbally or in print. This will happen in front of your teammates or worse yet, professionals. Do you like to do battle with yourself every day on whether to go into the office for more verbal and mental abuse? If so, then this job is for you. Consider this, admin is hired and quits on the first day. Yes, this is normal in this office so if this is the kind of job you want then submit your application today and feel the stress begin.

      Flexibility when it comes to when/where to work.

      Cons

      Very understaffed, however jobs are still accepted and assigned to overburdened people with zero extra capacity. Unreasonable expectations due in an unreasonable amount of time, and getting proper staffing is difficult because partners are in competition with one another for resources.
