Love the people I work with, in core business services I believe/have seen we have a lot of ability to shape our growth trajectory - as long as it's something we actually engage with, support for flexibility and balance at least if you're not a professional with busy season pressures

Cons

Pay could be better (but probably everyone everywhere says that??), same with benefits, and sometimes the corporate culture is a bit old school/outdated and stuff - they could stand to lighten up a bit become a little more modern, tech could stand to improve
