High Turnover - Generally Understaffed - Nice People
Pros
The Company is full of nice professionals who are willing to teach. Through national training and CPE offerings the firm makes sure you're well trained The firm offers over a week off for Christmas and New Years, which is a nice break right before busy season kicks off
Cons
The Company has experienced high turnover, which leaves jobs understaffed and the burdon of the extra work falls directly on Seniors as managers generally feel that level of work is below them and are unwilling to help out as engagements lag due to most jobs being understaffed. The compensation to the amount of hours staff are asked to work is very unattractive, with no option to make over time I feel like my salary averages hour to an hourly rate of a McDonald employee.
