      Pros

      BDO is built on the accounting firm model to which an advisory business has been added and expanded over time. The people at BDO are excellent and by and large the pay is fair. Benefits are ok-to-good. Not as good as big tech but definitely better than most regional employers. I love the industry depth the company has, we can do some really unique things.

      Cons

      One weakness is that senior leadership has often "come up" within the Firm which limits outside DNA.
