1. BDO as a global brand - open secondment and relocation opportunities 2. Competitive pay compared to the Big 4 (about the same), yet less work hours and better work/life balance 3. Not just one of hundreds of accountants at the firm. You are treated as an individual. Small firm feel, big firm opportunity. 4. Great perks and financial & non-financial benefits

Although the hours are better than the Big 4, the busy season workload is inevitable.

Good exposure to a broad range of industries and types of financial reports.

Cons

Unrealistic and unhealthy expectations of working hours BDO Flex does does not function as advertised Salary increases and bonuses (if any) are not commensurate with work output Most problems could be mitigated by better management, although they don't seem to care enough about their staff to make any changes.
