      Pros

      BDO offers good job flexibility during busy season and non-peak times. Good salary. Great benefits. Christmas office closure for a week. Good in-house training that also counts for CPE credits.

      Cons

      Like any other firm the hours will sometimes be long during busy season but that will be anywhere. Need to improve the scheduling process for work. Often times some employees are required to finish work for too many people at once even during non-peak times.

      The company really prides themselves in fostering and open and inviting culture. You really feel like part of a family.

      Cons

      Public accounting will always be high stress and long hours at times, it is what it is. Other than that, no real complaints
