Good people. Pays average to above average if you can survive the interview process. Good career opportunities and ability to move up. Pays for cell phone.

Cons

Most of these reviews are fake and promoted by HR. SWC can't retain the good people. I'm guessing the long hours and lack of vacation has something to do about it. 10 vacation days a year. 4 sick days. Most of the "fun" place to work stuff is all smoke and mirrors - you will be too busy to enjoy yourself unless you're in HR.

I go to work daily thinking about exit opps. So what pros do you expect?

1) No learning opportunity 2) Poor management with zero guidance 3) Zero exposure to deals 4) Learn everything online or from books 5) Poor camaraderie among colleagues 6) 1.5 years of bond + 2 mths notice period 7) If bond is broken, one has to pay a) 3 mths of current mthly salary + b) remaining net book value of laptop + c)return bond allowances given monthly till the date of resignation
