      Variety of work Global clients experience Very interesting projects Early Fridays during the summer Flexible ITI exams paid Study leave In house training Breakfast ( not the greatest but provided)

      Cons

      Difficult to get promoted, only once per year performance review Poor benefits Company social life very poor, however improving ! Only first exam is paid for.

      Pros

      BDO has a strong company culture that permeates to individual offices. They push core values at every level, and hold OMP's responsible for developing the Company brand. As a mid-tier firm, we have the resources of a Big 4 firm, but the opportunities for growth and promotion of a local accounting firm. In my first year, I worked on Revenue, Equity, Debt and planning activities I did not expect to see until I am a Senior Associate. Overall, great opportunities and excellent values.

      Cons

      The question - Who is BDO? Despite being 5th nationally, we still do not have the recognition and reach of a Big 4 firm. However, we are expanding our opportunities and growing exponentially. Senior Management is dependent upon the office location.
