      Pros

      The people and the environment. There is a lot of diversity in the tasks you perform from tax processing to EA. The firm is focused on its mission.

      Cons

      Long hours during both tax seasons up to 15-16 hour says including Saturdays. It can sometimes appear that the value that the administrative staff brings is overlooked and under valued. Career path for administrative staff is not mapped out.

      Pros

      I got solid experience with web development in the ASP.NET framework. They also treat you as an employee despite being an intern which is both more stressful but makes for a better learning experience.

      Cons

      Depending on the project, you may have very tight budgets in both time and money. This make you feel more pressure to perform at work, which can be a good or bad thing depending on how you look at it.
