      Pros

      Rewards performers; unusually low turnover; high profile matters; good learning experiences ; the poor reviews I have read are aberrations. Accomplished professionals rarely leave BDOC and recruiting is robust. Yes. Low performers are held accountable.

      Cons

      Tend to work in specific departments; professional services is not a place to coast. If you are committed to professional services and the sacrifices that come with it, then BDOC mitigates many of the se cons.

      First time at an accounting firm

      Pros

      The company has a lot of activities to fraternize with the colleagues. The process of interview was not tedious but in fact, fun. The environment is usually friendly and approachable.

      Cons

      There is a lot of inconsistency in respect of schedules and contracts with their clients.
