      Pros

      The working environment here is conducive for learning. Managers and partners are very well equipped technically and professional in handling clients and staff. There is almost always a smile on their face unlike some firms where people seem very stressed. Training programmes are aplenty during non-peak which is great for our learning.

      Cons

      Some of the new juniors hired are not very capable or willing to work late with the team. To be more selective when hiring.

      Pros

      So many great people at BDO and a diverse group of clients. I was definitely impressed with this firm from their industry groups to their social events.

      Cons

      This is a fairly small firm compared to the Big 4. If a larger firm with larger clients is what you are looking for then I would stay with a Big 4.
