Pros

Highly talented co-workers, responsive leadership, supportive environment, great benefits. They really do treat their people like family.

Cons

No 401k match, and pay schedule is monthly, which does take some getting used to - not really a negative.

Flexible work schedule, travel and competitive salary. The partners at the firm are sincerely concerned about your success. The client base is also very strong.

Cons

Heavy work load, especially during busy season. But that is expected at any cpa firm. Sometimes the amount of travel that is required is annoying.

Good compensation, and work load seems to be manageable. People are very friendly and eager to help out. Get to work on clients that you won't see at the Big 4.

Cons

Same hours as Big 4. Trying to win so many projects that the company accepts work with less hours than it actually takes to complete the work.
