Pros

Co-workers are very nice and willing to help when needed. I was given a lot of responsibility as an intern and learned a lot. Was offered full-time position at the end of the internship.

Cons

As a smaller firm, BDO clients are usually smaller less organized companies. Internship program started slow at first, but once I was assigned a client work picked up.
