Nice place to work with a good atmosphere. Maybe it is a ideal place to begin a career because of training program.

Sometimes managers are overloaded but in what place this does not happen.

If you are badly in need of a job

HR is a mess, they have a employment bond policy of 18 months to prevent high turnover rates in short terms. Management is extremely short sighted, and only care about their bottom lines and margins. Company instills a lot of punitive policies to punish employee to desired actions rather than work to create a better environment to make people stay. Pay is bad, below market average, and they have no plans to work on it. They claim that there is no point paying better as people are always leaving. All in all, it is a bad place to grow one's career. Firm is not interested in helping people grow, and always complain that employees are too picky even though that the firm is not offering any competitive rewards at all.
