Pros

Great way to earn experience in a variety of industries and in performing various arrest and non-attest services. The culture is great and communication from the staff to partner level is direct. BDO definitely cares about its people and will work to keep you happy in your position as best as possible.

Cons

Long hours, even when "busy-season" is over. Expect a lot of travel. This isn't specific to BDO though, this is just public accounting in general.
