Pros

The exposure from the start is great. The experience you gain is unrivalled and having college paid for is always great.

Cons

It's the norm for non-qualified staff to end up senioring jobs, great for the experience but after a while it's expected. Not worth the extra responsibility for no extra pay. This is the same across the services industry, not just BDO.

Pros

BDO offers good job flexibility during busy season and non-peak times. Good salary. Great benefits. Christmas office closure for a week. Good in-house training that also counts for CPE credits.

Cons

Like any other firm the hours will sometimes be long during busy season but that will be anywhere. Need to improve the scheduling process for work. Often times some employees are required to finish work for too many people at once even during non-peak times.
