      Pros

      Good support through examinations to attain charter ship. Great environment - surrounded by helpful and pleasant colleagues who are happy to give you a hand if necessary.

      Cons

      Development opportunities could be better and work load could be a bit more varied/give you more responsibility. Pay could be better but reasonable for the industry/level.

      Pros

      It was a good entry level job to get experience to move on, the health benefits are also really nice as the company is so large, the other benefits are also good

      Cons

      There is not a lot of openness to trying to do things differently, also everything is based on the billable hour and now how efficient you are.
