Pros
Flexibility with work schedules when possible. Open communication system where individuals can easily voice their opinions both anonymously and/or directly. Interact directly with partner at lower levels. Great exposure to the entire audit at lower levels. Can take on as much responsibility as you feel you can handle at lower levels.
Cons
Depending on turnover and client needs, may be subject to work a little overtime during non-busy season period (however, local office has been doing a great job in making sure that individuals are not overwhelmed)
