-CBD area -near to MRT -near to foodcourt

-job allocations Allocate based on their favor of staffs rather than capability of an in-charge -mgr level Very poor on guidance/job mgt, only guide to their favo person. Non appreaciated your hardwork, unless you are the favo staff. Nasty & rude managers. -New vs existing staffs Endless politics/gossip, unhealthy working culture/environment. Seniors don’t have the knowledge to guide, allocate most of work(even seniors part) to juniors. -HR Poor advise & consultation Don’t understand well to co. policy -mentors USELESS! NOT A PLACE TO LEARN AND GAIN, BUT A PLACE TO CONTRIBUTE AND DONATE. 3 months gross salary and No. of months bond allowance+ laptop to compensate if you can’t make it to the bond period for 18months.

Depending on the department you’re in, the manager offers work life balance. New office the place is clean.

Cons

Cold, Toxic atmosphere at the National office. HR is unapproachable. Employees fair they will lose their job because they are cutting a lot of employees. Employees do not trust each other. Very Toxic environment. No point in complaining because HR is inexperienced and nothing will be done. Everyday they fire and hire.
