This is a terrible place to work. The managers and partners protect a select few that are terrible at their jobs!

Flexibility, Pretty office, Food, PTO

Cons

They expect you to do the same work as an associate from other offices for a quarter of the pay. It's so unethical. BSO leadership is not the best - they struggle with micromanaging and they are kinda rude. Folks at the BSC don't get the same benefits as those in the local offices. I'm unhappy here and am currently looking for somewhere else
