      My direct co-workers were very nice

      Cons

      Upper management is horrific. Benefits are terrible. Compensation is terrible. Upward mobility is not based on performance, but is the same for everyone regardless of how good of a job you are doing. The company is spiraling downhill faster than anything I have ever seen.

      The benefit package is very good

      Cons

      The staff at Gatwick BDO are backwards. They do not embrace differences, if you are not carbon copies of the management, you're bullied mercilessly. The office is awful, broken chairs mismatch furniture. No local food options apart from a awful cafe. If you don't drive, you'll starve. BDO as a company is trying to be inclusive, but Gatwick is lagging behind.
