Pros

Met some nice people Good office location Exposure to wide range of clients Diversity

Cons

Started as a graduate. At the beginning it was okay. Now it is in a vicious downward spiral. Growing too fast -> under resourced -> hire remote contractors / outsource / put juniors on senior tasks without training -> mess things up -> long hours, including lots of time re-doing messed up works -> high staff turnover -> under-resourced even more See how this is going? Management bragging about the number of clients knocking on the door and the number of clients they refused, claiming only the best works are accepted. Yet the quality of clients went downhill and they took on some new ones where you can spot gigantic red flags from edge of the universe. Of course, best work = whoever pays the highest, even if it’s an absolute sham. Of course, you always have to end up saying ‘accounts give true and fair view’, even if it means papering over cracks. No transparency in terms of pay. Long-serving staff end up being paid less than the new hires on the same grade doing the same job. It now feels that everyone is talking about resigning here if not already done so. Wonder why?

Pros

can learn because not enough seniors to help out so 1st year associates have to take on solo engagements as well most

Cons

lack of guidance, bias managers/partners, managers that openly talk down to staff or insult them when it is not their fault for having not enough resources

Pros

Big firm Some people are nice

Cons

They run this place like a slave camp. 60-80 hours a week is expected and you’ll be called out on it if you don’t do it. Pay is extremely low compared to the other similar companies. They keep repeating how much money they’ll make if we work a lot of hours but we get no bonuses or anything. Definitely no life/work balance. If you’re starting in this field, look somewhere else. Trust me!!. Even if the other companies make you work similar hours, you’ll get paid a good chunk more.
