Good pay, good benefits and job security. You might work hard but, well compensated. They have a good retirement package.

Cons

Individuals get lost in system. It's understandable when you're one of 10,000 people. No complaints really.

Pros

The teams are full of great people who enjoy their jobs and appreciate new ideas. 40 hr/wk was required, but could be accomplished in four days.

Cons

The co-op program only lasts one year, and I would have enjoyed working the company longer. It took a few weeks to receive an ID card, so productivity was limited for those weeks.
