Very good working environment with pressure, but reasonable. Very good and sensible and reasonable leadership team in Munich. Professional team members and peer collages.

Cons

Sometimes political in HQ Various of leadership style in China Long waiting time to get a pay rise after promotion. After validation and successfully in the position, still need to wait 1-2 years to get pay rise.

This job is a great oppurtunity for people who are open minded and like to travel as well as interact with different culture and different processes

Cons

Based on the supplier you might get, you have to travel far and sometimes for alonger period of time. For young families its though. Great job if you are single or if your kids a bit older and do not depend on you as much.
