      - Best work-life balance I have experienced in my 5 years. - Very organized internally, with amazing tools. - Benefits attach you to the company for a very long time! - Understanding team members and skilled!

      - Very slow onboarding process, a lot of processes to go through! - The documentation can be better, as well as workflow. - A very hard path to grow up the ladder, as the hierarchy is quite big!
