It's a good brand. It depends on the automotive group, but I worked in two agencies, and one was better because you were registered with the tax office with your full salary and had benefits. In the other group, which also sold BMWs, it was a contractual agreement where you could only use the offices, but you were a service provider and had to invoice and buy your own insurance. I earned good commissions there. The work environment was good, and they provided extensive training in technology, history, and customer service.

Cons

If you didn't sell well in a month, they deducted days from your customer service hours and put a lot of mental pressure on you.
