Good platform and excited business growth in China. Employee benefits full cover and compensation average the market.

Cons

High pressure and unreasonable timeline however very limited time and resources. Bad leadership team culture which nobody care the voice from employee. Just do what you been told to follow.no why. Not suitable for people who want a fair place.
