      Pros

      They genuinely care about you and what you bring to the table. They always want to invest in employees and help them grow and achieve their career goals. They take the time to help develop the employee to help ensure success. Very encouraging work environment.

      Cons

      I do not have much to say; overall the company is excellent to work for. However, I would say they sometimes give unrealistic deal lines.

      Pros

      That would be to make that first sale and first transaction and feel something that I have never felt before a roaring engine with over 1200horsepower engines and not only convincing my customers that's not what want it's what they need!!!

      Cons

      The only con I have is not being able to work at BMW to sell Exotic vehicles and put a smile on my own face for being a part of a family that is so strong in their system!!!
