Good team work, good culture and very good habits, traveling often to know other sister companies, behavior in a very good shape.

Cons

Poor development for internal growth for a Management position, salary for Mexican employees not very competitive, Management involvement until when hit topics are known, relocation packages not as good as expected, communication within upper management very poor.
