Pros

Worked at Chapman BMW in Arizona. Tight group, no shady associates hoarding up's or going behind your back. "I succeed, if you succeed mentality". Great stips & promos. Love the finance department & new car manager...which is rare to say in the industry.

Cons

Sales meetings require thick skin, as with any dealership... but corrective criticism is much different than degrading lectures. More about "cons", see below.

Cons

Individuals get lost in system. It's understandable when you're one of 10,000 people. No complaints really.
