Two different roles in Purchasing in 6 years...

Pros

Huge company - but somehow small family. Very good benefits, especially in Germany (due to the Union system until lower management level). Once you are in, switching departments is quite easy.

Cons

Big company aways comes with many processes. "I will tell you why it's not working"-mentality - slowly changing though.
