Consistent work flow and strong knowledgeable team willing to help.

Cons

The process flow in the service drive can sometimes hinder your ability to actually write RO and make money, The pickup and valet process usually drops the ball during delivery which in return drops your CSI due to unhappy customers.

Long team stable and clean environment. We do reviever half of what a BMW employees make in bonuses.

Cons

It in TOS you will never leave at make to same as long as your there. They are removing more and more of what makes working for BMW fulfilling.
