I love all the values and lifestyle which BMW brand represents and this love and passion is the clear reason of my solid success for the last 20 years. Corporate governance of the company , being the benchmark of automotive sales in Turkey.

Cons

Unbeliavable increasing taxes for cars from % 88 to % 190. Political problems in the country, and the negative climate in the company since two years time

Pros

Worked at Chapman BMW in Arizona. Tight group, no shady associates hoarding up's or going behind your back. "I succeed, if you succeed mentality". Great stips & promos. Love the finance department & new car manager...which is rare to say in the industry.

Cons

Sales meetings require thick skin, as with any dealership... but corrective criticism is much different than degrading lectures. More about "cons", see below.
