Good working environment, great people. Room and encouragement for personal development and growth. Great benefits. Great remuneration. Greta pension.

Cons

Oxford is an expensive place to live. The company pay structure is fair but rigid. You’ll run into hurdles from HR to progress upwards. The car scheme is exceptional but doesn’t come cheap, just cheaper than the market.
