Very interesting project. Overall technically reasonable. Great food.
Cons
High developer churn, people come and go. After a year, you barely recognise the people around you. Competition between employees and contractors leads to lots of mutual backstabbing. Some people have made a cosy place for themselves by fixing and reintroducing the same bugs every couple weeks and they will backstab everyone else. Spreadsheet performance metrics determine your fate. No time to fix difficult long-standing issues that slow down development overall due to weekly schedule. More fixated on blame-shifting than on improving the quality of the product. Lots of years-long unmaintained code because whoever was responsible for it, is gone, and nobody took up responsibility since. Middle management only thinks of career advancement even if they leave the project in a worse state, they just need the metrics and feature lists to show.
