Management completely top-down driven, no input from people lower on the food chain asked for or acknowledged. Salary is low compared to other Wall Street investment banks. IT is way behind the times and the upper management is clueless. Politics drives a lot of what goes on -- counts for more than what you accomplish for the company.

No standard and procedures followed. No onsite opportunities. ( Few folks getting very short term Onsite opportunity ( only one week )) No WFH. There would be no one and one with your manager. Work satisfaction is a biggest question mark. No training No appreciation or reward policy. Go to office and just do the work and back to home kind of work environment. If you just look for money and mediocre work environment, just go for it.
