      Pros

      conservative company, employee benefits such as annual leave, pension are generous, company has some intelligent people, office culture is relaxed and location is in a good area

      Cons

      very political, disjointed company with different departments moving in different directions, management of general staff is poor. The quality and number of contractors at the company has to be reviewed as is their pay, there is also a quite a difference in salary between employees and compensation review is not transaparent, bonus is poor

      Competitive salary, global reach, senior people from larger/higher-ranked banks

      Cons

      French. Fickle, do no seem very loyal to or willing to work with (especially) junior employees as they begin their career. Good luck trying to jump from middle office to front, or climb the ladder very much if at all in certain front office groups.
