      - Good salary and monetary benefits - good payment for on-call

      High Micromanagement: Excessive oversight and inefficient approval chains for daily activities. Toxic Environment: A punitive culture where mistakes are shamed publicly rather than used as learning opportunities. Lack of Meritocracy: Compliance and physical office presence are valued more than technical skill or problem-solving. Geographic Bias: Career advancement and decision-making are strictly controlled by the French teams, leaving international employees with little influence or growth potential. Discriminatory Practices: Pervasive ageism and a management style that feels outdated and exclusionary.

      Job is stable compared with other companies

      Lots of pressure from top management, specially those located outside the country. We are treated as if we were less capable because we are based in PT. Salaries are low compared with the market. For entry level, just not worth it, you will be better at Mercadona.

      The organization is pretty decent. Hybrid work structure. Good salary hike on joining. Holiday schedule. Year end bonus.

      Cons

      If you see any words like ALMT / OMR on your JD, "DON'T JOIN". Below points pertain only to ALMT / OMR: JD is namesake. You will be treated like resource, not people. Your experience will not matter at all. Expectation from new joinees would be 200% from second month of joining. Almost zero work/Life balance. Mismanagement by Senior Management. Zero Visibility and transparency. Zero Growth. Unhelpful people. Very poor on-boarding. HR is HR here - Too many but none useful. Almost zero training with hardly any training documents. Expect 0% appraisal also. It is not dependent on performance.
