Pros

Decent Health care and overall benefits, better than most.

Cons

If you're not French you won't advance. A lot of management doesn't know what they are doing and only care about side projects than actual work to make themselves look good. No work from home capabilities what so ever. They don't trust their employees, constantly trying to monitor, restrict, and micro manage everyone. High turnover, and they are moving everything to Portugal anyways. If you are in Ops you'll be stuck there forever until your laid off. Salary is a little low for the market value now-a-days, I started at 60k and went up to 70k in 6 years, but there was OT and the benefits were decent.

Pros

- The culture is much more lifestyle-oriented than other banks (e.g. Great vacation allotments, people genuinely want you to take your days off) - Think its a great place to work if you have a family - Some teams are top in their fields

Cons

- Team was a mixed bag, some excellent people, some people who didn't really know what they were doing - Salary is very low compared to competition - Management wasn't great about developing juniors. Structured feedback was once (maybe twice) a year. - Terrible about promotion as well. Doesn't work the same way as other banks, so people tend to leave when they get impatient.
