HR do not protect it’s employees from bullying. 8 people resigned within 6 months due to the micro managing and completely insane style of management. Extremely egotistic senior team which seem to thrive off putting people below them down. Gaslighting and lack of training made my time here even more unbearable. I will need to use the money I earn there for therapy to get over this. I had insight to the turn over stats: 50% turnover in 1 years.

All changing the location of the teams, so the Jersey and NY positions move to Montreal, then stay for 2 years and move to India and Lisbon...A Pattern that rarely changes. Team leaders who know that their team will be terminated but don't say anything and the opposite, ask for the employees to work long hours and contribute for the development and process. E.G. Trade Support and PAC team, both will be terminated soon, but the employees don't know yet, just the leaders. The bonus is just ridiculous, salary as well. And barely have a meritocracy. It is more of a case that you are a friend of the leaders, share personal stories, and laugh at everything they do, then you are fine.
