      Nice Pay, Good Policies, No too good Managers, Obsolete Technologies & difficult to climb up the ladder

      1. Transport. large number of buses make the travelling easier. buses till Bhayander, Vashi, Thane etc. 2. Subsidized meal. Lunch at Rs.15 3. Onsite opportunities but depends on the project. 4. Bonus - once a year 5. Internal Mobility 6. Flexible working hours. 7. Block Leave of 10 working days mandatory every year 8, Higher education policy to support employee development

      Cons

      1. Still not a fully mature organisation 2. Lacks process followed by other successful organisations (no CMMI or ISO standards) 3. Too much power in the hands of the manager. 4. Office located a remote location, no place for relaxing or having snacks outside. 5. Management is not transparent. 6. Technological Backward compared to other IBs. 7. Lack of challenging opportunities.

      Pros

      Great colleagues and decent immediate boss. Good benefits that offer cash dollar for spending on wellness and fitness. Stable and slow to fire.

      Cons

      Overall slow paced work environment which may seem a plus for many employees. However this blunts the skills of workers having to deal with menial, inefficiencies and bureaucracy. Rife with favouritism practised on all levels and unprofessionalism prevalent throughout all departments. A rudderless ship stuck in dangerous waters with talentless and driveless Management, and demoralised crew. Definitely cannot pay the performers and does not even pretend to care about retaining talent as it continues to favour cheap, inexperience fresh grads who are as clueless as their seniors. This is not a good place to grow, but if you are a tired wash-out who has given up, this may just be the place for you to stay stagnant and decline.
