      1. Immense learning opportunity 2. Young company, so a stage to perform and be noticed 3. Wide range of systems to get have a hands on and learn 4. Comfortable work life

      Cons

      1. No proper guidance 2. Complex systems and architecture 3. Sticking to the traditional Sundaram work culture and remuneration.

      - Work Life balance OK if not on front office roles & General Inspection - Most managers respect employees - Realistic deadlines and objectives in business as usual - Well located in Paris - Pay is quite good if well negotiated at entry

      Cons

      - Too much salary gap between the old ones who got in during the golden age of banking and the 20 something - Difficult to go up the ladder since the bank fires almost no one thus the drawback is lack of opportunity - Salary increase without inflation won't go above 1% a year even with excellent evaluations, except if on front office role on a booming business
