      Pros

      Good Managers. Good Work Culture, Work pressure and deadlines reasonable compared to US counterparts, Timings, Growth opportunity in learning perspective as end to end process are shifting here.

      Cons

      Higher Management finding ways for cost cutting in alll aspects- shift allowances, no company trips or annual party, nothing on Diwali, less bonus and appraisal ratings.

      Pros

      Stable work environment, with very little fear of redundancies. People are friendly and very sociable despite the poor morale within the office.

      Cons

      High staff turnover, meaning little experience is retained. Headcounts are reduced year on year with volumes increasing making it impossible to get daily work done without having to do extra hour's everyday. Salary and compensation does not come into line with the rest of the industry.
