      Central location in city centre.

      Cons

      High turnover of experienced staff and management leading to decreased moral across the floor. Very poor remuneration.

      Pros

      Collaborative nature, fairly flat structure at the office I worked at. Decent hours and in general very knowledgeable people around.

      Cons

      The higher up you get the more the need arises to speak French. IT infrastructure is VERY bad, the non-investment departments do not seem to be very flexible/helpful most of the time.
