      the front office seem to be on the ball, but the back office functions, especially Finance are such a beaurocratic function

      Cons

      Finance lacks professional values, no career development; Finance management needs a complete overhaul to move into 21st century. They should be periodically tested and required to keep up to date with industry practices. Haven't learned anything valuable in more than two years of working in Finance. A shame, the business deserves more...
