Pros

staff pleasant and helpful Working hours not long Good place to start career Sports and Social very active and varied

Cons

Compensation very poor especially benefits. IT systems poor. Gender divide is very obvious. Long tenure men managers not willing to change, inspire, motivate or lead. They achieved roles due to tenure as opposed to capabilities. HR management very poor, cost cutting not caring for or advocating employees.

Pros

People are very nice and young, you can learn a lot in the beginning. If you have the training in Paris can be also nice, is made in good conditions.

Cons

Above all pay is very low and unfair, especially considering your peer for the same job is receiving 4 times as much just because of where he is sitting. No international career opportunities because you are too cheap where you are to be moved. The clause that you need to work for free 2 months of you wish to leave is also quite unfair.
