No investments in people. *Very bureaucratic *BNP Paribas tries to show itself as an advanced company in technologies but nothing is working, IT systems are sluggish and outdated *Remuneration and wage are among the lowest ones, no pay rises, no bonuses regardless of loyalty and quality of the job done
