- super manual work (have to do archiving every week) - lots of redundant work process - "ot is a sign of teamwork" HUGE RED FLAG - should've known when i was placed in a role which i didn't apply for

Management is a bit old fashion. Depending on the department the team manager is overloaded with duties, teams can be a bit understaffed.

The colleagues, working for a “reputable bank”, medical insurance

Cons

Poor management, very low pay considering the demands(educational level etc., the company and restrictions. ). You’d be lucky to receive 1000 euros ( per month) net excl of meal allowance. Really don’t bother unless you just want to have BNP on your CV. The working environment is very restrictive. No real, personable HR dept, it’s more of a “machinery” a result from the large scale of the company. The role involves less critical thinking than you would expect, it’s more “production” it’s quite numbing. Poor communication/ lack of transparency, favouritism and lack of training.
