Indecisive management, poor system, lack of ownerships, somehow every decision however insignificant needs to be vetted by a committee in Paris the next quater

Pros

Cab facility - you will get cab whenever you step out of the company after your work. Interview- if you have references it is easy for entry. Simple and basic interview questions and online aptitude tests. Once the interview is done you will get the result in a week time. Block leaves - Mandatory leaves are available. Medical claims and allowances. Food coupons. Clean and hygienic environment.

Cons

No proper planning - they hire people for one process and suddenly throw out to another team(s) in a week/month itself and it continues. training - trainers are limited to train the new joinee. Sometimes employees serving in their probationary period are asked to train new joiner which results in knowledge gap. Leaves - No government holidays or world holidays are observed. Leave planners and prior leaves are not even considered. Management - Never listens. No SOP. No understanding of employee's health and their work pressure. They need the job done. No proactive actions are taken when there is an issue. Never tries to solve the problem before it grows big. Every one post the responsibility on other shoulders and leave the issues washed away from their own. Managers Not work for the company and its reputation but for onsite teams. Technology - poor systems and technology. Favourism is on high. Frequent 15- 18 hours work stretch but this working hours are over- ride to show exact 9 hours in records. They will ask you to complete others/ entire team'ss work (daily) but never warn the late doers to increase their efficiency and never allow you to leave on time even your work is done and after helping others. Seniors act as they are the CEO of the company and partials to few employees (by language / state) in helping them getting leaves by cancelling others planned leaves. Mocking and hurting others feeling.

Pros

If you are a director or md, great place to coast, get paid and delegate, everyone else be prepared to be overworked, and under compensated.

Cons

Silos, labels, change, not good change, change because Barclays and Goldman are changing so BNP has to change too, everything is outsourced, Probably the worst infrastructure on Wall Street, largest bank by assets in Europe yeah right, I have seen better IT in a high school, we constantly hire other banks trash and act as if it is treasure, BNP does that year after year. HR is a joke no written policies, make up the rules as they go along
