Pros

Food coupon, bus service, leaves & holidays, 9 to 6 working hours.

Cons

Your career growth will stop. All decisions are in hand of managers so whether you work or not if they like you then you get rating or else you will have to fight. This place is a trap for software developers, you will get bit more pay while joining but later on no growth, no travel, very less trainings, older technology to work on. So choose carefully.

Pros

Good diversity - Balance of cultures and genders.

Cons

High staff turnover due to poor reward system. Bonus and promotion structure needs to be looked at to retain employees. Many very good employees leave because they are not rewarded for their efforts which over the long term would cost company more. Internal systems are poor. Much time spent on fixing system issues when time could be better spent on value added activities.

Pros

After really thinking about it, the only Pro I could come up with is BNPP's Generous time off policy, but that's about it.

Cons

After having had to pay an $8.9B fine, the bank is having to reinvent itself. It's organization is a disaster and there are layers upon layers of redundancies. It is an organization that constantly refers back to the way things were in the past. Work/life balance is terrible as the bank is focused on doing more and more without assessing whether the incremental workload adds value (i.e lack of common sense and focus on the big picture). Yet, decisions are hard to come by and there are a lot of power struggles between the French and US personnel. Unless you are French, you'll always be a 2nd class citizen. HR process are non-existent and overall they are a useless organization.
